Fortnum and Mason

Fortnum & Mason

Working in collaboration with Andrew & Albert, we upholstered 26 handcrafted frames to create a collection of elegant boardroom chairs for Fortnum & Mason. Designed with both comfort and traditional style in mind, each chair combines traditional craftsmanship with exceptional attention to detail. Every chair was meticulously hand-finished with individual upholstery nails, around 7,000 in total, demonstrating the precision and dedication involved in the project. It was a true team effort, with our skilled upholsterers working together to deliver a collection that reflects the quality and heritage synonymous with Fortnum & Mason.

Selfridges

Selfridges

Simon and Jack worked through the night at Selfridges London, from 8pm to 5am, carrying out upholstery work directly on the shop floor. They completed the reupholstery of three chairs in the Men's Central department, and the results speak for themselves. An overnight project delivered with precision, professionalism and attention to detail.

Canada Gardens, Wembley Park

Canada Gardens, Wembley Park

As part of the prestigious Wembley Park regeneration, we were commissioned to create bespoke curtains for the Canada Gardens apartment building. A standout feature of the project was an impressive 7 metre high statement curtain for the main foyer, expertly crafted by a single curtain maker using a custom-built workbench designed specifically for the scale of the curtain. We also produced luxurious burnt orange velvet curtains to create elegant backdrops for the building's individual reading rooms, adding warmth, texture and a refined sense of privacy. This project showcases our ability to deliver beautifully crafted curtains, whatever the size or complexity of the brief.

Wembley Park reception

Wembley Park reception

A dramatic sheer black curtain forms an elegant backdrop to the reception desk of the new residential block, creating a striking first impression while subtly concealing a feature light behind it. The soft illumination filters through the fabric, adding depth, warmth and a sense of sophistication to the entrance space. Framed by a bold architectural arch, the floor-to-ceiling curtain introduces texture and movement, transforming the lobby into a refined, welcoming environment that reflects the contemporary design of the wider residential development.

Moot Hall, Maldon

Moot Hall, Maldon

It was a real privilege to be involved in the restoration of the historic Moot Hall in Maldon. As part of this prestigious project, we installed UV protection roller blinds to help preserve the interior. We were also fortunate to work with a stunning silk, which was used to create beautiful upholstery, elegant pelmets and luxurious soft furnishings, all carefully crafted to complement the building's rich heritage and historic charm.
