About this fabric
This Manuel Canovas fabric is woven in 100% cotton and comes in an approximate width of 138cm, with a large repeat of V 71cm / H 69cm. The surface reads as a smooth printed cotton rather than a heavy textured cloth, so the design sits cleanly on the ground and lets the floral motif stay crisp. In this colourway the mint background feels cool and airy, which gives the pink petals extra brightness without making the pattern look overly sugary. The greens in the stems and leaves are vivid enough to sharpen the composition, but the overall palette remains soft and easy on the eye. It is a fabric that brings colour and movement while still feeling light in tone.
How to use it
Use it where you want a fresh, optimistic floral with a cool undertone, such as an accent chair, roman blind or café curtains. The mint ground works especially well with white-painted joinery, pale woods and brushed brass.
A fresh mint ground with painterly pink tulips suits loose upholstery or airy curtains.

Pairs well with
A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Polina Azalee/Jade without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.
Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
