Curtain fabrics Fabric015

Bouratino Avorio has a warm ivory-beige ground with subtle vertical tonal shifts that become more noticeable where the cloth folds. Its finely pebbled weave gives the pale colour quiet depth rather than a flat finish.

About this fabric

This is a Fabric from Dedar’s Curtain fabrics collection, shown here as a close, finely woven cloth with softly alternating ivory and beige vertical bands. The compact surface has a lightly grainy, tactile texture, while the deeper taupe-beige areas appear where the fabric turns away from the light. The gentle contrast keeps the stripe effect understated and relaxed, making the colourway read as warm, natural and softly dimensional. No performance features are noted in the supplied specification.

How to use it

Use Bouratino Avorio for full-length curtains in rooms built around chalky whites, pale timber and warm stone, where its ivory base can brighten the scheme without looking stark. The muted vertical banding will also sit comfortably beside boucle, linen-look upholstery and other quiet natural textures.

A softly textured ivory-beige weave whose vertical tonal bands will bring gentle structure to curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
