Curtain fabrics Fabric002

Lucanthe Marte is shown here in a warm ivory cream, with a softly nubby woven surface and narrow tan-orange lines running horizontally across the swatch. The restrained contrast gives the cloth a quietly textural, natural feel.

About this fabric

The ground is a light, warm cream rather than a stark white, with small woven loops or knots creating a gently irregular surface. Slim tan-orange lines interrupt the cloth at measured intervals, adding a subtle linear rhythm without overpowering the pale ground. The close, tactile weave reads as a mid-weight curtain textile, so this colourway is best considered for drapery. No composition, width, rub test or performance figures are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use the warm ivory tone for relaxed curtains where it can soften a room without becoming yellow or overly decorative. Pair it with pale timber, oatmeal upholstery and accents that pick up the swatch’s quiet tan-orange lines.

A softly textured cream ground with fine tan-orange horizontal lines, suited to understated curtains and relaxed interiors.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
