Apache Dark Grey

Fabrics Fabric8

Apache Dark Grey reads as a deep charcoal textile, with the darkness approaching black across the face of the swatch. Its close, finely textured weave gives the colour a restrained visual depth rather than a flat, solid appearance.

About this fabric

The swatch shows a very dark, cool-leaning grey with a subtly grainy surface and fine diagonal movement in the weave. Its dense, even construction gives it an upholstery-oriented presence, suited to furniture where a tailored, low-pattern finish is wanted. Small shifts between the dark threads stop the surface from appearing completely uniform while preserving its near-black impact. No composition, width or rub-test information is supplied, and no performance features are noted for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Apache Dark Grey on a sofa, dining chair or occasional chair when a room needs strong charcoal depth without a visible motif. Balance its near-black tone with pale stone, warm timber or softly contrasting metallic accents.

Use this near-black charcoal weave to give upholstered furniture a quietly tailored, architectural finish.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
