Harlequin's Empower Plain brings together six plain fabrics in muted coral red, cool elephant grey, warm olive green, muted taupe grey, deep teal blue and muted dusty thistle. With a mainly smart character and a couple of more relaxed options, this versatile range is suitable for both upholstery and curtains, offering understated colour without pattern or scale.
