Sorento Blush

Pomarium FabricCCF0578-02

Sorento Blush places a lively botanical arrangement against a soft blush-pink ground. Red and orange fruit, yellow citrus and fine green stems give the colourway a warm, hand-painted garden character.

About this fabric

The pale blush background keeps the detailed pattern light, while the red apples or berries, orange fruit, yellow lemons and small yellow flowers create warm points of colour across the cloth. Fine olive and moss-green leaves, ferns and trailing stems add depth without making the overall colourway feel dark or saturated. This 215gsm fabric has a 138 cm usable width, making it a versatile mid-weight choice for both upholstery and drapery. The design has a 42.6 cm vertical repeat and 46 cm horizontal repeat, with a standard length of 40 m.

How to use it

Use Sorento Blush on a reading-chair, headboard or occasional upholstery where its pale pink ground can soften the silhouette, or make relaxed curtains that pick up the yellow and terracotta fruit tones. Pair it with warm ivory, faded olive and natural wood rather than stark white.

Use the soft blush ground to lighten upholstery or bring a warm, illustrative note to curtains and blinds.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Sorento Blush without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
