About this fabric

The colour reads as a gentle blend of sand, wheat and muted beige, with a slightly deeper warmth in the denser woven areas. Fine horizontal definition and tiny irregular flecks give the plain surface a softly tactile appearance rather than a completely uniform finish. The swatch has the light, composed look expected of a curtain fabric, making the weave more noticeable at close range than from a distance. No composition, width, rub test or performance rating has been supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use this warm sandy beige at windows where a softly filtered, tonal look is wanted, pairing it with chalky creams, pale timber and other sun-washed neutrals. Its quiet weave can also temper stronger patterns without introducing a hard contrast.

A warm sandy-beige plain weave for softly understated curtains and relaxed, tonal interiors.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
