About this fabric

The fabric has a visibly crosshatched, linen-like weave, giving the sand-coloured ground a dry, tactile surface rather than a smooth finish. Its elephant figures are softly outlined in muted tan and brown, while the saddle panels introduce restrained red and green accents. The open repeat and gentle contrast keep the design relaxed and approachable, with the warm beige tone reading softly under changing light. No performance features are noted for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Jehan Sand on an occasional chair, loose cushions or relaxed curtains where its warm beige ground can sit alongside natural timber, aged leather and muted red or green accents. The spaced elephant repeat is particularly effective when the fabric is allowed to remain visible across a broad panel.
