About this fabric

Berenson Sienna from the Bampton collection by Colefax and Fowler has a calm, low-contrast weave that gives the surface a gently speckled, almost chalky appearance. The colour sits in a warm sandy beige rather than a yellow or pink beige, so it feels soft and grounded on screen. Its composition of 46% Cotton, 17% Viscose, 15% Polyester, 14% Linen and 8% Wool gives the cloth a blended, slightly dry handle with subtle movement in the weave. At approximately 140cm wide, with a repeat of V 7cm / H 5cm approx, it is a practical fabric for coordinated upholstery and drapery use. The fire code is √BM, and no performance features are noted.

How to use it

Use this beige colourway on a sofa, occasional chair or relaxed curtain where you want texture rather than pattern to do the work. It pairs especially well with oak, plaster pinks and deeper tobacco tones.

A quietly textured neutral that brings warmth without overpowering a room.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
