About this fabric

This substantial 439gsm fabric has a closely worked surface, with broken, wave-like marks appearing in slightly lighter beige against the natural ground. The irregular motif is quiet rather than graphic, and its small-scale rhythm remains softly blended at a distance. Its pattern repeat measures 7.7cm vertically by 4.8cm horizontally, creating a fine texture across upholstered forms. With a 144cm usable width and a standard length of 40m, Yoruba Natural is well suited to upholstery projects requiring a hard-wearing-looking, visually calm woven surface.

How to use it

Use Yoruba Natural on a buttoned or clean-lined sofa, armchair or headboard where its warm greige tone can soften darker wood and bring subtle texture to a neutral scheme. Pair it with chalky creams, oat tones and muted timber rather than stark white, which could emphasise the fabric’s gentle beige warmth.
