Amara FabricCCF0165-03

Oni Indigo pairs a deep, cool indigo ground with fine teal lines and small cream openings in a tightly repeated stepped geometric design. Its dark tonal depth gives the woven surface a strongly architectural feel.

About this fabric

The small stepped motifs form orderly rows, with teal catching along the raised lines while the indigo ground remains rich and shadowed. Small cream rectangular details punctuate the pattern, providing a restrained contrast rather than a bright accent. At 511 gsm, this is a substantial textile suited to upholstery, with a useable width of 142 cm. The pattern repeat measures 11.3 cm vertically by 11.8 cm horizontally, keeping the geometric rhythm close and consistent across a piece.

How to use it

Use Oni Indigo on a tailored armchair, headboard or sofa where its cool blue-black depth can anchor a room. Pair it with warm ivory to pick up the small cream details, or with brushed metal and pale timber to emphasise its teal-lined geometry.

A substantial indigo woven upholstery fabric, with teal highlights and small cream accents adding definition to the structured repeat.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
