About this fabric

The design is formed from repeated L-shaped and squared-off bands, with charcoal providing a cool, deep counterpoint to the warmer cinnamon detail. Its pale ivory background keeps the overall colourway bright, while the dense woven texture softens the geometry under changing light. At 457gsm, this is a substantial textile suited to upholstery rather than a fine, fluid drapery cloth. The fabric has a 134cm usable width, with a 15.8cm vertical repeat and 16.7cm horizontal repeat for planning pattern placement.

How to use it

Use it on a structured armchair, bench or occasional sofa where the charcoal-and-cinnamon geometry can read clearly against the ivory ground. Bring out the warmer side with walnut timber, cinnamon leather or muted brass, while charcoal cushions can sharpen the scheme.

Use this substantial woven in tailored upholstery, pairing its warm ivory ground with charcoal or cinnamon accents.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
