About this fabric

This substantial 457 gsm fabric is well suited to upholstery, with a softly textured cream base supporting alternating indigo and red right-angled motifs. The indigo reads deep and cool against the ground, while the red introduces a warmer, more energetic accent without overwhelming the pattern. Its 15.8 cm vertical repeat and 16.7 cm horizontal repeat create a compact, consistent layout across the cloth. The fabric has a 134 cm useable width and a standard length of 40 m.

How to use it

Use Sekai Indigo/Red on a tailored armchair, bench or sofa where its cream ground can lighten the scheme while the indigo and red geometry supplies structured contrast. Pair it with deep blue upholstery, warm timber and restrained red accessories to echo the colour balance without competing with the repeat.
