About this fabric

This 356gsm fabric has a subtle vertically ribbed ground that can be clearly seen between the individual plant motifs. The 137cm usable width is patterned with potted leaves, trailing stems and compact foliage, using apple-green and olive tones against the ivory background. Its 47cm vertical and 42cm horizontal pattern repeats create generous open space around each illustrated pot rather than a dense floral field. With a standard length of 40m, Hidcote Apple is a substantial, versatile textile for upholstery, cushions or full-length curtains.

How to use it

Use the ivory-and-apple-green colourway to brighten a window seat, occasional chair or relaxed curtain scheme, pairing it with natural wood, warm taupe and pale green accents. The spaced potted-plant motif works especially well where the full repeat can be appreciated across a cushion or broad upholstered panel.
