Imani Charcoal/Cinnamon

Amara FabricCCF0157-01

Imani Charcoal/Cinnamon combines a near-black charcoal ground with narrow vertical bands in cinnamon, pale grey and cool blue-grey. Its finely ridged surface gives the dark colourway subtle movement as the light catches the weave.

About this fabric

The dense woven stripe is led by a deep charcoal tone, with warm cinnamon bands bringing contrast against slimmer pale and blue-grey lines. The close ribbed texture softens the graphic vertical arrangement without losing its smart, tailored character. Weighing 476 gsm, the fabric has a 139 cm usable width and a listed standard length of 40 m, making it well suited to substantial upholstery work. Its specified pattern repeats are 0.4 cm vertically and 27.7 cm horizontally, defining the regular stripe interval across the cloth.

How to use it

Use this charcoal-led colourway on a structured armchair, sofa or upholstered headboard where the cinnamon stripes can warm an otherwise cool scheme. Repeat the pale grey and blue-grey accents in cushions, painted joinery or softly reflective metal details.

Pair the deep charcoal ground with warm timber, aged brass and softly textured neutral upholstery for a tailored look.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
