About this fabric
This 349gsm woven fabric is formed from closely repeated elongated diamonds, with pale ground showing between the mauve and brown-tinged orchid motifs. The colourway reads cool and subdued rather than bright, while the irregular flecks and tonal variation add depth across the surface. It has a 138cm usable width and a standard length of 40m. The pattern repeat measures 48.5cm vertically by 34.5cm horizontally, giving the geometric design a clear but not oversized presence.
How to use it
Use Amara Orchid on a tailored armchair, dining seat or ottoman where its dusty mauve tone can be balanced with chalky blue-grey, soft stone and dark wood. It can also bring quiet pattern to structured curtains or blinds without introducing a strong saturated colour.
