About this fabric
This substantial 581 gsm fabric has a compact woven structure that reads clearly in the swatch, with alternating cream and cinnabar threads forming a small herringbone-like chevron effect. The cinnabar shade is warm and earthy rather than bright red, while the cream flecks soften the overall depth and give the surface gentle visual movement. With a useable width of 140 cm, it is well suited to tailored upholstery where the dense weave can be appreciated across a larger area. The pattern repeats over 0.6 cm vertically and 1.1 cm horizontally, creating a restrained, finely scaled texture rather than a bold graphic motif.
How to use it
Use Zalika Cinnabar on a statement armchair, dining seat or compact sofa to introduce a grounded terracotta accent. Pair its cream detailing with warm ivory, timber and aged brass, or balance the heat with muted olive and soft taupe.
The dense cinnabar-and-cream weave brings warm, tailored colour to upholstered seating and occasional chairs.
