This Chester fabric by Colefax and Fowler is composed of 44% Cotton, 28% Linen, 14% Wool, 13% Polyester and 1% Polyamide, with an approximate width of 143cm. The cloth shows a compact, tactile weave with no repeat, so the colour reads cleanly across larger upholstered surfaces. Croft Red sits between rust and terracotta, with a warm red-brown character rather than a bright primary red.
