About this fabric

Bayton Sienna from the Ellerdine collection by Colefax and Fowler is a 130cm-wide fabric with a repeat of V 15cm / H 43cm approx. Its composition of 39% Cotton, 29% Viscose, 14% Acrylic, 11% Polyester and 7% Linen gives it a practical woven handle with a cloth-like surface rather than a flat print. In this colourway, the stripe reads warm and earthy, with sienna, tan and muted black detailing lifted by a pale cream ground and a small turquoise note inside the diamond motifs. The overall effect is crisp but not stark, with enough texture and structure to work neatly in rooms that need pattern without visual heaviness.

How to use it

The warm sienna palette sits well with oak, walnut and olive-toned accents, especially where you want pattern to feel heritage-led rather than bold. It will suit fitted blinds, curtains or upholstered pieces that can show off the stripe direction.
