About this fabric

This Brodsworth fabric from Fryett's Fabrics is made from 100% polyester and comes 140cm wide, with a 0cm pattern repeat for straightforward cutting and matching. The swatch shows a rich terracotta ground with burnt orange and russet notes, softened by a fine horizontal striation in the weave. Its finish catches the light gently rather than brightly, so the colour reads as warm and grounded rather than glossy. NQT1 care instructions complete a practical specification for interiors where the colour is the main feature.

How to use it

Use this shade to warm timber furniture, olive accents or cream walls, where its earthy depth can sit as a strong but inviting focal point. It works especially well when you want colour with a traditional, upholstered feel rather than a bright accent.

A warm burnt terracotta that brings depth and richness to both upholstery and curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
