About this fabric

Woven in 100% wool, Lowick Plaid Terracotta has a substantial, upholstery-friendly handle that suits its structured check. The repeat is a generous V 22cm / H 20cm approx, and the 145cm approx width makes it practical for larger furniture pieces. In this colourway, the orange-red terracotta reads earthy rather than bright, with muted cream and taupe lines lifting the pattern and preventing it from feeling heavy. The overall effect is warm, characterful and slightly country-inspired, with enough visual texture to sit comfortably in a patterned scheme.

How to use it

Use this terracotta plaid on an armchair, ottoman or occasional sofa to add warmth against painted timber, limestone or aged leather. It also works well with soft neutrals and mossy greens, where the warm clay tone feels especially grounded.
