About this fabric

Woven in 100% wool, Lowick Plaid Red/Sage has a reassuringly substantial handle and a classic checked layout with a repeat of approximately V 22cm and H 20cm. The sage green ground reads muted and slightly cool, while the red stripes add a worn-in warmth rather than a bright contrast. Narrow tan and darker brown lines break up the check and give the design more depth across its 145cm approximate width. With its balanced weight and traditional wool finish, it feels well suited to both soft furnishings and lined curtains.

How to use it

Use this colourway in a country armchair, bench cushion, or long curtains where the muted sage can settle against timber and painted woodwork. The red accents give enough definition to lift neutral rooms without making the scheme feel sharp.
