Lowick Plaid Teal

Fen Wools FabricF4628-06

Lowick Plaid Teal shows a softly weathered tartan-style check in muted teal, taupe and warm tan. The wool surface gives the pattern a dry, slightly brushed look rather than a sharp, polished finish.

About this fabric

This colourway in the Fen Wools collection is woven in 100% wool, with an approximate width of 145cm and a repeat of V 22cm / H 20cm. The plaid is built from teal blocks crossed by fine beige, brown and rust-toned lines, creating a cool but earthy balance that feels grounded rather than bright. The wool texture softens the geometry, so the check reads with a gentle depth and a lightly heathered edge. With Q 8 + T 3 care coding and √BH fire performance, it is a practical textile for interiors that need both pattern and substance.

How to use it

Use it on an armchair, window seat or bench where the teal ground can anchor pale timber, oatmeal linens and aged brass. It also works well for relaxed curtains or Roman blinds, letting the warm tan stripes pick up other natural tones in the room.

A muted teal check with warm tan lines, ideal for classic country schemes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
