About this fabric

This fabric is woven in 82% viscose and 18% linen, giving the check a smooth but slightly dry hand that reads neatly in the image. The 12cm by 12cm repeat creates an easy medium-scale grid, and the 140cm approximate width makes it practical for both furnishing and window projects. In this colourway, the turquoise stripes feel cool and watery rather than bright, while the pale cream squares soften the overall contrast. A subtle linen slub and fine weave add texture without distracting from the check. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use it with white-painted timber, pale oak, or sandy neutrals to keep the turquoise fresh. It would suit relaxed upholstery, cushions, or curtains where the checked pattern can bring a clean coastal note.

A fresh checked cloth that works well for smart casual upholstery or airy curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
