About this fabric

The 517 gsm weight gives Albany Eau De Nil a substantial handle suited to upholstery. Across the 139 cm usable width, closely spaced vertical and horizontal threads form a restrained woven grid with a softly tactile appearance. The eau de nil colour reads as a cool, lightly greyed aqua-green, with brighter threads catching the light across the surface. With a 0 cm vertical and horizontal pattern repeat, it can be planned without aligning a motif.

How to use it

Use this cool eau de nil upholstery on a generous armchair, sofa or headboard where its pale blue-green tone can lighten the room without becoming sugary. Pair it with warm timber, chalky neutrals and brushed metal for a relaxed, quietly considered scheme.

The cool, pale blue-green tone and subtle woven texture bring a calm, lightly tailored finish to upholstered seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
