About this fabric

At 517gsm, Albany Duckegg has the substantial feel expected of an upholstery fabric. The visible weave combines fine horizontal and vertical threads, giving the pale duckegg ground a softly grained, lightly weathered appearance. Its cool blue-green tone is muted with a greyed quality, while the changing direction of the weave catches the light gently. The fabric has a 139cm usable width, a standard length of 40m and zero vertical or horizontal pattern repeat.

How to use it

Use this cool duckegg colourway on a sofa, armchair or upholstered headboard where its pale blue-green tone can soften warmer timber and contrast with deeper navy or charcoal accents. The unobtrusive crosshatch texture also works well alongside plain linens and natural woven accessories.

The cool, softly mottled duckegg tone suits tailored upholstery with pale woods, chalky neutrals and brushed metal accents.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
