Henri Sapphire shows a dense field of continuous line-drawn faces across a deep navy-sapphire ground. The pale outline pattern reads clearly and gives the fabric a sharp, graphic presence.

About this fabric

Part of the Visage Collection by Ashley Wilde, this fabric is made from 100% polyester and is specified for drapes only. The design repeats as a conversational geometric-abstract motif, with a 42cm vertical repeat and 35.5cm horizontal repeat, across a 140cm width. In this colourway the ground is a very dark sapphire-blue with a cool, almost inky depth, while the linework lifts it with a soft ivory-grey contrast. The printed surface feels clean and contemporary rather than heavy, making the face motif read as lively and architectural at the same time. At 244gsm, it has enough body for structured window dressing while keeping the pattern definition crisp.

How to use it

Use Henri Sapphire for full-length curtains, relaxed interlined panels or roman blinds where the graphic outline can be seen from a distance. The deep blue tone works especially well with pale plaster, brushed chrome and walnut finishes.

A striking drapery fabric for statement curtains or blinds with a crisp linear face pattern.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Henri Sapphire without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
