About this fabric

At 509gsm, this is a substantial textile well suited to upholstery, with enough visual depth for sofas, armchairs and occasional seating. The 139cm usable width offers practical coverage, while the 0cm vertical and horizontal pattern repeats confirm a non-directional, plain-textured cloth. Its cool blue-grey ground is lightened by fine crosswoven threads, giving the surface a softly heathered effect as the light shifts across it. The standard length is 40m, making it suitable for coordinated upholstery requirements where a consistent mineral tone is wanted.

How to use it

Use Moray Mineral on a sofa or statement chair in a cool-toned room with pale timber, chalky whites and brushed metal. Its quiet blue-grey depth also works as a calming counterpoint to warmer oak, camel leather or muted terracotta accents.

A substantial blue-grey woven upholstery cloth that brings quiet texture and a cool, grounded tone to seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
