Sahara Iii Sapphire

Sahara Iii Fabric

Sahara Iii Sapphire is a rich, cool blue textile with an understated woven texture. Its even surface reads as a confident block of colour, while faint tonal variation keeps the sapphire shade from appearing flat.

About this fabric

The swatch shows a deep sapphire blue with a subtly mottled, close-woven surface and no visible printed or geometric motif. Fine vertical and horizontal threads create a quiet textile grain, giving the colour gentle depth as the light moves across it. The saturated blue has a cool, polished character that feels more vivid than navy while remaining visually even. No composition, width, rub test or other performance specification has been supplied for this colourway.

How to use it

Use this cool sapphire blue to give a chair, sofa or pair of curtains a strong colour presence without introducing a separate pattern. It works particularly well against pale neutrals, warm timber and brushed metal, which bring out the fabric’s subtle surface depth.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
