About this fabric

Woven in an 82% viscose, 18% linen composition, this fabric has a smooth, breathable handle with enough body for upholstery or drapery use. The check repeats at approximately 12cm vertically and horizontally, creating a generous tartan-style grid that feels clear without looking heavy. In this colourway, the blue is muted and vintage in character, sitting between powder and denim with pale ivory crossings that keep the pattern bright. The 140cm approximate width makes it practical for a range of interior schemes, and the restrained sheen of the viscose helps the blue blocks catch the light gently.

How to use it

Use it on a tailored armchair, bench cushion or relaxed curtains where the cool blue check can lend a neat, country-house feel. It pairs especially well with white-painted woodwork, weathered oak and soft grey upholstery.
