Waltham Stripe Old Blue

Edgar Chks & Stps FabricF4519-01

Waltham Stripe Old Blue pairs a misty blue stripe with warm off-white ground for a quietly traditional look. The narrow vertical stripe reads crisp but softened by the linen texture.

About this fabric

This 100% linen fabric has a dry, natural handle and a calm, lightly weathered appearance that suits classic interiors. The stripe pattern repeats vertically every 0cm and horizontally at approximately 7cm, giving the cloth a neat, regular rhythm without feeling rigid. In this colourway, the blue is muted and greyed rather than bright, so it sits gently against the creamy ground and picks up the weave’s subtle unevenness. At 152cm wide, it is a practical width for curtains, blinds, cushions and lighter upholstery schemes, and the Q 8 + T 3 care code and √CM fire code provide useful specification detail for planning.

How to use it

Use it where you want a refined stripe that feels lighter than navy but more defined than pale grey. It would sit well with painted timber, ticking, checks and washed linens in soft heritage rooms.

A soft, tailored stripe that works beautifully on classic upholstery or relaxed curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
