Thurloe Stripe Aqua

Eaton Checks and Stripes FabricF4903-01

Thurloe Stripe Aqua is a light, airy stripe with a gently weathered look and a cool aqua note set into a soft cream ground. The narrow vertical striations give it a tailored feel without becoming sharp or severe.

About this fabric

Woven in 84% viscose and 16% linen, this fabric has a subtle sheen and a softly slubbed texture that keeps the stripe from looking flat. The design repeats vertically not at all and horizontally at approximately 6cm, creating fine aqua-and-greyish bands that read delicate from a distance and more textured up close. At approximately 142cm wide, it offers practical coverage for curtains, blinds, or lighter upholstery projects where a crisp stripe is wanted. The colourway feels cool and clean rather than bright, with the aqua softened by the pale neutral ground for a calm, classic finish.

How to use it

Use it for Roman blinds, tailored cushions, or a slim accent chair where the small stripe can bring order and freshness. It sits especially well with chalk white, pale oak, and muted sea-glass greens.

A fresh, restrained stripe that works beautifully on tailored curtains or a neat upholstered chair.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
