About this fabric

This colourway in Cosima Velvet II has the plush handle and low sheen you expect from a velvet, with the surface catching light in a mottled, slightly clouded way. The aqua tone sits between blue and green, reading cooler and more muted than a clear turquoise, which gives it an easy, calming presence. It is composed of 56% Viscose and 44% Cotton, with a width of approximately 140cm and a straight repeat of V 0cm / H 0cm approx. The overall effect is relaxed but refined, with enough depth in the pile to soften edges on sofas, headboards or scatter cushions.

How to use it

Use Cosima Aqua on an upholstered armchair, sofa or banquette where its cool teal tone can lift darker woods and stone. It also works well with chalky neutrals, weathered oak and brushed brass for a fresh, understated scheme.
