About this fabric

Woven in 100% linen, this fabric has the dry, natural handle you expect from a decorative linen and a lively printed surface that lets the pattern sit softly on the cloth. The design is scaled generously, with a vertical repeat of approx. 87cm and a horizontal repeat of approx. 67cm, so the trailing branches and birds read as a flowing all-over scene rather than a tight repeat. In Durlston Aqua, the palette feels cool and airy: washed aqua leaves, muted blush flowers and a gentle golden stem detail on an off-white ground. With a width of approx. 134cm and no performance finish noted, it is best appreciated as a refined decorative fabric rather than a hard-working contract textile.

How to use it

This colourway works beautifully as statement curtains where the pale ground can brighten a room and the aqua tones echo painted woodwork or porcelain. Pair it with chalky whites, weathered oak and soft rose accents for a calm, polished scheme.
