About this fabric

This colourway reads as a grounded tomato red with terracotta warmth, rather than a bright scarlet, so it feels earthy and composed. The 58% linen and 42% cotton blend gives the cloth a dry, natural handle and a lightly nubby finish that softens the colour. With no repeat and a width of approximately 146cm, it is straightforward to pattern-match and easy to use on simpler, tailored schemes. The Q 8 + T 3 care code and √BM fire code make it a practical decorative fabric for interior schemes where a warm solid is needed.

How to use it

Use it on an occasional chair, headboard or bench to bring depth to oak, walnut and brass. It also makes a strong curtain when you want a colour-led window treatment that stays understated rather than glossy.

A rich terracotta shade that works beautifully across tailored upholstery and relaxed curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
