Durant Ivory

Hamlin FabricF4729-05

Durant Ivory is a softly mottled ivory cloth with a fine woven texture and a calm, chalky finish. The surface reads light and understated, with just enough visual grain to keep it from feeling flat.

About this fabric

This plain fabric has a subtle linen-rich handle and a gently nubbly weave that shows clearly in the swatch image. In this ivory colourway, the blend of 45% linen, 18% wool, 17% cotton, 12% viscose and 8% polyamide gives the cloth a quiet warmth rather than a stark white cast. The tone sits in a soft creamy range, with pale beige undertones that catch the light evenly across the surface. With a width of 147cm approx and a repeat of V 0cm / H 0cm approx, it is a practical choice for schemes that want texture without pattern. The care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use Durant Ivory to soften painted joinery, linen-headed upholstery or full-length curtains where you want a light, layered look. Its warm ivory tone pairs especially well with oak, sandstone and muted grey-green accents.

A softly textured ivory that brings quiet warmth to tailored upholstery or relaxed curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
