About this fabric

Woven in 100% linen, this fabric has the relaxed handle and natural texture you would expect from a cloth suited to both upholstery and drapery. The pattern is a large-scale trailing floral, with pale aqua leaves, slender tan stems and soft white flowers finished with small golden accents. Against the ivory ground, the colourway feels cool, clean and gently lifted rather than strongly contrastive, so the motif sits delicately on the surface. The repeat is V 75cm / H 140cm approx and the width is 140cm approx, making the design especially suited to broad, uninterrupted runs.

How to use it

Use this colourway where you want pattern without heaviness: it would suit relaxed curtains, a decorative chair, or light upholstery in a calm sitting room. The ivory and aqua palette works well with painted whites, pale timber and quiet blue-green accents.

A soft ivory ground with fresh aqua foliage for a light, elegant room scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
