Flinton Oyster

Foss Linens FabricF4232-01

Flinton Oyster is a calm, near-neutral linen with a gently warm oyster cast and a fine, even weave. The surface reads soft and matte, with just enough texture to keep the colour from looking flat.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% linen, Flinton Oyster has a plain appearance with no visible repeat, so the colour and texture do all the work. At approximately 136cm wide, it is a practical width for both made-to-measure drapery and lighter upholstery applications. The shade sits between cream and pale beige, with a softened, chalky warmth rather than a stark white finish. Its subtle slub and open linen texture give the cloth a natural, understated character that suits relaxed interiors. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use Flinton Oyster where you want light to feel warmer and gentler, especially in rooms with pale oak, putty paint or limestone. It is an easy foundation colour for quiet curtains, simple blinds or clean-lined seating.

A quiet oyster tone that works cleanly with natural timber, stone and washed linens.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
