About this fabric

Part of the Amalfi collection by J Brown, this colourway is a plain fabric in 100% polyester, supplied for contract use and tested to 60,000 Martindale. It is back coated to cigarette & match to BS5852, with other treatments available upon request, and should be professionally dry cleaned in situ with the pattern book consulted for further care. Visually, Ecru sits between cream and beige: pale, warm and lightly muted, with a soft, diffused finish that catches the light gently rather than shining. The plain weave gives it a clean, versatile appearance that works especially well where a quiet, refined ground is needed.

How to use it

Use this ecru shade on sofas, banquettes or headboards when you want a light neutral that still feels warm and contract-practical. It pairs neatly with oak, stone and deeper taupe accents, letting the room stay airy without reading stark.
