About this fabric

This plain from the Amalfi collection is made from 100% polyester and is specified for contract use, with a 60,000 Martindale rub count for demanding interiors. Visually, the swatch reads as a deep burgundy with plum-brown undertones, and the heathered texture softens the shade so it feels less glossy and more tailored. The surface has a fine, even character that helps the colour appear rich and consistent rather than bright or reflective. It is supplied back coated to cigarette & match to BS5852, and other treatments are available upon request. Professional Dry Clean in situ is recommended, please refer to the pattern book for further care instructions.

How to use it

Use Amalfi Heather where you want a darker accent that still feels refined, especially on upholstered dining chairs, banquettes or statement headboards. Its plum-burgundy tone pairs well with walnut, brass and warm neutrals, and can also add depth to curtains in a smart, cocooning scheme.

A rich dark burgundy plain that adds depth and warmth without overpowering a scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
