About this fabric

This colourway is a clear pillarbox red, saturated and assertive, with subtle tonal movement across the weave that softens the overall effect. The plain design style keeps the focus on the colour and texture, while the slight horizontal slub-like lines visible in the surface add depth. Woven in 100% polyester, it is specified for contract use and has a high Martindale rating of 80,000, making it suitable for demanding schemes. It is supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, with other treatments available on request, and can be professionally cleaned in situ or washed at 40℃ following the pattern book guidance.

How to use it

Use this red to bring definition to banquettes, dining chairs or a tailored occasional sofa, where the colour can act as the focal point. It also works well against blackened wood, warm oak or pared-back neutrals to let the red stay sharp and confident.
