About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester and suitable for general domestic upholstery and drapes, this fabric has a practical 25,000 rub test rating and a usable width of 134cm. The print combines florals, leafy botanicals and stylised animal forms, repeated across a bold large-scale layout with a 40.5cm vertical repeat and 69cm horizontal repeat. In this colourway, the crimson ground reads rich and saturated rather than orange-leaning, while the monochrome detailing keeps the overall effect crisp and graphic. At 390gsm, it has enough substance to suit statement seating as well as decorative curtains where a dramatic pattern is wanted.

How to use it

Pair this red colourway with ebonised timber, aged brass and plain linens in chalk, taupe or charcoal to balance the print's intensity. It works especially well in rooms that can handle a confident, decorative focal point, such as a reading room or dining space.
