Brandon Red

Albeck FabricF4684-03

Brandon Red in Albeck reads as a softly weathered coral-red weave, with a dry, slightly slubby texture that keeps the colour from feeling flat. The close woven surface gives it a subtle tonal movement across the cloth.

About this fabric

This fabric is supplied with a 144cm approximate width and no visible repeat, making the small-scale texture the focus rather than an overall motif. Its composition of 48% viscose, 27% cotton, 18% polyester and 7% linen helps explain the fabric’s soft sheen, flecked surface and lightly irregular handle. In this colourway, the red is tempered by coral and blush notes, so it feels warmer and less saturated than a true scarlet. The weave catches the light gently, giving the cloth a lived-in, tailored look that suits both upholstery and drapery applications.

How to use it

Use it on an armchair, ottoman or relaxed curtains where you want a warm accent without a heavy crimson note. It pairs well with oak, warm neutrals and aged brass, especially in rooms that need a little colour lift.

A versatile coral-red weave that adds warmth without overwhelming a room.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
