About this fabric

Woven in a 60% linen, 40% viscose blend, this fabric has the slightly dry, organic character of linen with a smoother finish from the viscose. The check is medium in scale, with approx. 15cm horizontal and 18cm vertical repeat, and the red squares read as warm, slightly softened and not overly bright. The natural ground shows through as a pale flax shade, which keeps the pattern grounded and easy to live with. At 140cm approx. wide, it is a versatile textile for everyday interiors, and the √CH fire code adds to its practical appeal.

How to use it

Use this red check to bring a country-house note to skirts, occasional chairs or bench cushions, where the warm red feels cheerful without becoming dominant. It also works well at windows, especially in kitchens or breakfast rooms, where the linen ground softens the pattern’s neat geometry.
