Brandon Old Blue from the Albeck collection by Colefax and Fowler is a 144cm-wide fabric with no visible repeat, making its texture and colour the focus. The composition of 48% viscose, 27% cotton, 18% polyester and 7% linen gives the surface a gently slubby, slightly irregular handle that suits the softly broken look visible here. Its pale old-blue tone sits between blue and grey, with a lightly weathered finish that keeps it calm and adaptable. With no performance features noted and a fire code of √BM, it is best treated as an elegant decorative fabric for considered interiors.

How to use it
