Chelsea Fern Red brings a warm, muted coral-red ground to the Ashmore collection, overlaid with curling fern sprays in soft ivory and aged gold. The fine woven surface gives the colourway a gently textured, understated finish.

About this fabric

The design features sinuous botanical stems and repeated fern fronds, with pale leafy details standing clearly against the red ground. Subtle variations in the woven surface soften the coral tone, while the light motifs catch the eye without appearing stark. Composed of 80% linen, 14% viscose and 6% polyester, the 129 cm-wide fabric has a 32 cm vertical pattern repeat and a 43 cm horizontal repeat. It is specified for curtains and bedspreads and must be professionally dry cleaned.

How to use it

Use this warm coral-red colourway for full-length curtains or a bedspread, balancing its leafy pattern with oatmeal, sand and aged timber tones. Its softened red depth also works well as a gentle accent in rooms with antique brass or natural linen.

Pair the muted coral-red ground with warm neutrals and natural wood for a quietly elegant scheme.
