Ashmore Stripe Parchment has a quietly warm, parchment-beige ground crossed by alternating ivory and pale beige vertical stripes. The subtle woven surface keeps the contrast gentle, allowing the colourway to read as calm rather than stark.

About this fabric

The visible stripe is formed from broad, softly irregular bands with lightly scalloped edges, giving the linear design a woven, tactile character. Its warm parchment tone sits close to natural linen, while the ivory stripes add light without creating a hard black-and-white contrast. Made from 80% linen, 14% viscose, 2% acrylic and 4% cotton, the fabric is 140 cm (55") wide and has a 20 cm (7.86") horizontal pattern repeat with a 2.5 cm (.98") vertical repeat. It is specified for curtains and bedspreads; care instructions are professional dry cleaning only, with no washing, bleaching or ironing.

How to use it

Use the warm parchment stripes for full-length curtains in a softly neutral room, pairing them with ivory, chalk and pale oak. The restrained vertical rhythm also suits a tailored bedspread where the beige-and-ivory contrast can remain understated.
