About this fabric
This colourway reads as a bright scarlet red, warmed slightly by the woven texture and softened by the small, regular slub of the cloth. Hendrix is a plains design with 41 colourways, and this version has a dense, practical handle that suits its contract usage. The fabric is made from 91% Polyester and 9% Nylon/Polyamide, with a robust 100,000 Martindale rating, so it is well placed for busy seating and commercial schemes. It is supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, and further treatments are available on request; professional dry clean in situ is advised.
How to use it
Use Hendrix Scarlet where you want a strong accent against charcoal, oak or deep green finishes, as the colour holds its intensity without looking glossy. It will also bring warmth and energy to banquettes, dining chairs or occasional stools in hospitality settings.
