About this fabric

This colourway shows a warm russet-red tone with a slightly muted, earthy cast rather than a bright terracotta or true rust. The close weave creates a fine grain across the surface, so the shade catches light with gentle variation instead of a flat finish. Made in 91% Polyester and 9% Nylon/Polyamide, Hendrix is specified for contract use and carries a robust 100,000 Martindale rating, making it well suited to demanding seating. It is supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, and after-care is professional dry clean in situ.

How to use it

Use this russet plain on upholstered banquettes, dining chairs or a statement sofa where you want warmth without heaviness. It pairs especially well with walnut timber, aged brass and deep olive accents, echoing the fabric’s earthy red depth.
